Talia lives with her three aunts who have raised her since her mother's death. She helps them run a yarn shop and lives with a secret fear of sorts. Then one day Cedar Asher comes in looking for a gift for his grandma. Cedar liked how she was normal with him not trying to impress one of the billionare Asher men. She goes to dinner at his grandma's with him. I love how they don't ignore their attraction, they both feel something and they aren't afraid to act on it. Cedar reveals she's his mate his one and only. Talia is fine but worries about the curse. She shares her fear with Cedar and he promises it is okay. Then her birthday is here and an aunt she hasn't seen comes to visit, with a homemade cake. Only she isn't there to celebrate she is there to hurt Talia, as she poisoned the cake. Cedar realizes it and gives chase and finds out what she's used. The aunts get Talia to the hospital and she is in a coma. Talia sees her dead mother and grandma who tell her there is nothing to fear and it isn't her time to die. That she will have children and she isn't cursed. Cedar gets help once he knows what the poison is and gets an antidote that has to be given a certain way. Through his mouth, so he puts it in his mouth and kisses her. They get their happy ending and I loved the dress Talia wore to her wedding. It was a beautiful. Sleeping Beauty by far is my favorite fairy tale and I loved the way Sable put her own mark on it. Thank you for writing yet another story that I am in love with.
