Rose's father took something that he shouldn't have, from a billionaire bear shifter no less. Though honestly he didn't mean it and now he must pay the price. Knowing that her sisters need her father more than her Rose offers to pay for his crime. The billionaire bear shifter named the Beast agrees and says she must live in his home for a month. She must have dinner with him once a week and that's it. But the dinners come to mean something to Rose as well as the beast. She is his mate though he hasn't told her but he knows. As they grow closer and the truth comes out will Rose take her chance at happiness and so much more. This story was wonderful and touching. Sable won me over with the first book I read. She always delights me with each book I read, and I love her characters who make me cheer for them.

I received this book from Netgalley for an honest review. Amy Jarecki is a new author for me, when I saw the cover. I thought a story about a Highland warrior is one of my favorite types of historicals. I was not disappointed a bit this is the start of a new series.
